I want to integrate Quick books and Stripe payments online.
We are trying to get the Stripe charges as sales receipts in Quick books for accounting.
When we are trying to enter the ‘vendor name’ field, it’s not accepting a string, single letter, or number.

We use Zapier a lot. I want to be able to enter a discount code to a google sheet and have that discount code be created in our shopify using Zapier’s webhook POST functionality and Shopify’s Discount API.

I need help integrating three software together: QuickBooks, WooCommerce, and GunBroker. It’s a very busy time of the year and would like to look into hiring someone to finish up the integration for us.

I’ve targeted and semi-implemented a few programs already but need help tying everything together.

Goals:
1) WooCommerce sends order data to QuickBooks in the form of Invoices
1a) Stretch Goal: Implement automatic invoice sending for remaining balance for Partially Paid orders on WooCommerce
2) WooCommerce queries QuickBooks inventory count and marks out of stock any SKUs with QTY <= 0
3) GunBroker sends order data to QuickBooks in the form of Invoices with payment applied
3a) Stretch Goal: Reduce inventory in QuickBooks if there is a bid on the item on GunBroker (but no invoice has been created yet)
4) GunBroker queries QuickBooks inventory count and marks out of stock any SKUs with QTY <= 0
5) Optional: Connect ShipStation to GunBroker and WooCommerce to pull in orders as they are paid in full
6) Optional: We receive a large number of backorders. Create filters on WooCommerce and ShipStation to filter out backorders visually until they are ready to ship

So far, we’ve gathered the following software to help with this implementation:
-MyWorks (for WooCommerce <> QuickBooks)
-Netfish.es (for GunBroker <> ShipStation)
-Zapier (Possibly used for some of the Stretch Goals)
-ecomdash (This doesn’t look very promising, implementation seems poor. Supposed to work with GunBroker <> QuickBooks – but not well for our needs).

Note – GunBroker has a REST API integration so it should be OK to work with.

We would like the below integrations between these platforms setup. The current out of the box integration between these platforms aren’t sufficient for our needs:

BambooHR & HubPlanner –

-To create a new user in HubPlanner and populate all the profile custom fields with the values from BambooHR. (If the new employee has the word ‚ÄòEngineer‚Äô in the title for example create them as a user in HubPlanner). Out of the box functionality is to just create a new user updating their First & Last name with an Email Address which isn’t sufficient.

Monday.com & HubPlanner –

i.e When a new booking is added to a project within HubPlanner with a scheduled resource the Project Manager gets an email notification as well as any changes to the booking i.e status change, added notes etc.

This project is to build a MySql database to help monitor and evaluate the impact of our training programs. We interact with our trainees through onsite training, online surveys, online learning platform, and event scheduling application. We need this data to be integrated into a single MySql database such that we can do further analysis on our data.
