Automatically Analyze Jotform Responses with AI Wizard 📝🧙

October 2, 2025

When businesses collect customer feedback with Jotform, they often struggle to turn long answers into actionable insights. With Workload, you can Analyze Jotform Responses with AI, instantly classify feedback as positive or negative, and save results into Google Sheets—making data review faster and more reliable.

This automation saves your team hours of repetitive work, ensures you capture every insight, and keeps your data ready for reporting. The AI Wizard interprets raw feedback into clear results, while Google Sheets organizes everything in real time.

Instead of wasting time reading through lengthy responses, your team can focus on improving customer experience and spotting trends. Each new submission goes straight into Google Sheets with its sentiment label, giving you a live record of customer feedback.

By the end of this setup, you’ll build an automation that connects Jotform, AI Wizard, and Google Sheets—so every response is interpreted, classified, and recorded without extra effort.

Apps expect data in different formats—like dates, names, or labels. Workload’s built-in AI Wizard lets you clean or adjust data between steps. If your trigger already sends clean data, you can skip formatting altogether.

Want more flexibility or to add your own personal style? Try these customization ideas:

🎯 Classify beyond positive/negative
Use AI Wizard to rate answers on a 1–5 scale or tag them with themes like “service,” “pricing,” or “product quality.”

📎 Log extra form fields
Add columns in Google Sheets for phone numbers, order IDs, or any other Jotform fields you collect.

💬 Summarize responses automatically
Instead of just sentiment, have AI Wizard generate a one-line summary of each submission.

🔀 Split sheets by response type
Send positive and negative feedback into separate tabs in Google Sheets for easier reporting.

Once new Jotform responses are analyzed with AI and logged in Google Sheets automatically, you can expand the automation to make it even more powerful:

🚨 Send alerts for negative reviews
Notify your team in Slack or email when a negative response appears so they can act immediately.

🗂️ Auto-tag responses in a CRM
Push Jotform submissions into HubSpot, Salesforce, or another CRM with the sentiment label attached.

📊 Build a live dashboard
Connect your Google Sheet to Looker Studio or another BI tool to visualize trends over time.

📝 Create follow-up tasks automatically
Send action items into Google Tasks or Todoist whenever a new response requires attention.
