Before you can start tracking policies, managing client information, or automating agency workflows, you need to connect EZLynx to Workload. This guide shows you two quick ways to do it—either from your dashboard or from inside a workflow step.
Once you connect EZLynx, you can move data between your agency management system and tools like Google Sheets, Slack, and Gmail. You control which account to authorize, which data to share, and how information flows between steps.
It only takes a few clicks. In minutes, your EZLynx account connects to Workload, and you’re ready to streamline policy management.
Methods to Connect EZLynx to Workload #
You can Connect EZLynx to Workload in two easy ways—either from your dashboard or directly inside a workflow step. Use the dashboard method if you’re setting things up for the first time and want to link EZLynx before building automations. If you’re already creating an automation, connect EZLynx right from the step where it’s needed.
🖥️ From the Dashboard #
Click Connections from the left-hand menu, then click the blue + Add Connection button.

In the pop-up window, type EZLynx into the search bar and select it from the list.

Provide your EZLynx username, client ID, and app secret in the fields provided, then click Yes, Continue. (Note: If you don’t have your Client ID and App Secret, contact your sales rep and ask them for the information.)

EZLynx will now appear in your list of active connections.

🪜 From an Automation Step #
Add an EZLynx step to your automation, then click Sign in on the Account tab.

Next, enter your EZLynx username, client ID, and app secret in the fields provided, then click Yes, Continue. (Note: If you don’t have your Client ID and App Secret, contact your sales rep and ask them for the information.)

Give the connection a descriptive name so you can easily identify it in future automations.

You have just connected your EZLynx account. You account name will now appear in the account dropdown for that workflow step.

Now that your EZLynx account has been connected to Workload, you can use it as a powerful trigger or action in any automation you want to build on Workload. For example:
