To start building no-code workflows with HubSpot, you’ll first need to connect HubSpot to Workload. This guide shows you two quick methods—one from your dashboard and one from inside a workflow. Both take just a few clicks and a fast HubSpot sign-in.
Once connected, you can automate lead updates, contact syncs, email sends, and CRM actions. Workload passes full context from your HubSpot data, including names, email addresses, deal values, and stages.
This setup saves time and reduces manual work. It also keeps your tools in sync across apps like Slack, Gmail, Google Sheets, Notion, and hundreds more.
🔧 Two Ways to Connect HubSpot to Workload
You can connect HubSpot to Workload in two quick ways—either from your dashboard or directly inside a workflow. The dashboard method is best if you’re setting things up for the first time and want to link HubSpot before building automations. If you’re already working inside a workflow, you can connect HubSpot right from the step where it’s needed.
🎛️ From the Dashboard
Open the Connections tab in the left menu and click the blue + Add Connection button
Find and select HubSpot from the list in the popup window
In the new window, click Sign in to your HubSpot account
Enter your HubSpot passkey or password then click Log in
Complete two-factor authentication (if prompted)
Choose your HubSpot account from the list
Click Connect App to authorize (Note: This screen may appear only briefly before automatically redirecting to the confirmation screen.)
HubSpot will now appear in your active connections list
🪜 From a Workflow Step
Add a HubSpot trigger or action to your workflow
Move to the Account tab and click Sign In to begin the connection process
In the popup, click Sign in to your HubSpot account
Enter your credentials (password or passkey) and hit Log in
Complete two-factor authentication (if prompted)
Choose the HubSpot account you want to connect
Click Connect App to authorize (Note: This screen may appear only briefly before automatically redirecting to the confirmation screen.)
Name your connection for easy reference
The new connection will now appear in the step’s account dropdown
🚀 What You Can Do Once You Connect HubSpot to Workload
Your HubSpot account is now connected to Workload. This means you can use HubSpot as a powerful trigger or action step in any automation. For example:
- Add new HubSpot contacts to Google Sheets, Notion, or Airtable for CRM tracking
- Send Slack alerts when deals close, contacts are updated, or forms are submitted
- Trigger Gmail messages or marketing emails when a lead reaches a specific lifecycle stage
- Update Salesforce records when HubSpot deal data changes
- Sync HubSpot with Jotform, Typeform, Calendly, or Trello to build complete, end-to-end workflows
You can even chain multiple tools together with filters, conditions, and AI steps—so HubSpot becomes the hub of a truly automated system.
