How to Securely Connect DrChrono to Workload 🩺

This connection uses secure API credentials from your DrChrono account. Once authorized, you can build automations that sync new patients to Google Sheets, send Slack alerts for upcoming appointments, or route form submissions directly into DrChrono.

Before connecting to Workload, you’ll need to create an API application inside your DrChrono dashboard to generate your Client ID and Secret. Create a API Application to Connect DrChrono to Workload đź§© #

Before you can connect DrChrono to Workload, you’ll need to create an API application inside your DrChrono account. This allows Workload to securely access your data and run automations on your behalf.

Step 1: Go to the API Settings

Click on the Account tab in the top navigation bar and select API from the dropdown menu

Step 2: Agree to the API Terms

  • Check the agreement boxes and then click I Agree

  • Click the green + New Application button

  • Name your app (ex: Workload -> DrChrono Integration)

  • After saving, click Show next to your Client ID and Client Secret

  • Add a DrChrono step to your workflow, then go to the Account tab and click the blue Sign In button.
