We sell software to SMBs and I am looking for help automating / optimizing our sales workflow (Reply.io + Pipedrive) using Zapier.

Would love someone who has experience doing this. We would love to get some strategic guidance / direction on how to best setup our workflow / best practices to optimize everything (we are fairly new to it!)
