Create your own workflow

Choose an app you want to connect


How to create your first workflow:

Time needed: 3 minutes.

  1. Click on “Create Workflow” in the left menu

  2. Choose a “Trigger” app

    This will start your workflow. For example, if you want to take some action every day at 5pm, then select the “Scheduler” tool and fill in the form for Daily, 5pm.

  3. Click on “Create Trigger”

    Your trigger is now created.

  4. Click on the “Action” step

  5. Select the app you want to take action on.

    With thousands of apps to choose from, you can take almost any action on any tool.

  6. Choose and set an action by filling out the form

    Tell us what data you want to send

  7. Authorize Workload to send data on your behalf.

    Click on “Create a new connection” to popup a window to authorize the app you selected.

  8. Click on “Test Action”

    You will see the data as it would appear in your app’s account.

  9. Name your workflow

    Give your workflow a name you’ll remember it by and press “ENTER”

  10. Activate!

    If everything looks great, you can activate your workflow by clicking on the ON/OFF switch in the upper right corner
