Hi, i need help setting up the workflows for QB, pipedrive and basecamp. I have set up a Zapier account.

When i create a QB subcustomer, i need a new organisation created in pipedrive
When i create a new quote in QB, i need a new deal created in Pipedrive including copys of the attachments in the quote and a copy of the quote and the new deal to marry up automatically to the organisation in Pipedrive.

Once the deal is won, i then need a basecamp project automatically set up from a template. i need the tasks in Basecamp to set them selves automatically (but not essential if this is too time consuming) and the notes from pipedrive to automatically go across to the contracts discussion in basecamp

First thing is to set up integrations between Zoho CRM and Zillow Tech Direct through Zapier. Probably simple for a zapier expert, but not for me. Additional workflow automations within Zoho/DocuSign/Dropbox/Gmail/calendar/Facebook.

It’s a forum hosted on MIGHTYNETWORKS. It’s subscription based for $4.99 a month

I want to create an affiliate program where affiliates get 50% commission every month for as long as that individual can stay. The issue is mightynetwork has no integrations with third-party affiliate networks.

But they do connect with zapier – is it possible for this to get done?

The flow will be in the following order.

  1. User Authenticates with my App using API Key
  2. The user has multiple Clients linked to his Account. (Dynamic)
  3. Each Client has multiple Forms linked. (Dynamic)
  4. Leads are generated in my App from these Forms. I want to send this lead data to different platforms using Zapier.

I was able to create a demo where I was able to send the leads to other platforms, but I couldn’t figure out how to send lead data of the Form which is selected by the user while creating the Zap.

My App is built in NodeJS.

You could consider the flow similar to a Google Sheet.
Google Account > Spreadsheet > Inner Sheet
My App > Client > Form

I need help integrating contact information from Calendly and create candidate in Lever from that information

I need help extracting candidates information from job boards such as Indeed and Paychex to automatically enter candidates information into Airtable.

I want to get all my contacts from my phone, company outlook email, linked in with all my conecctions and/ or relavent accounts into one perfctly organized database; that can be accessed anywhere. I want to be able to access it with ease to add or detract from it. I also need to have all thes acounts organized in one group account (outlook email) so I can send a company email blast to everyone in 30 seconds rather 30 days. Info needs to be transferable inlue of system changes. Thank you!

We use Wrike for project management, 17Hats for contact forms, Mailchimp for newsletter signups. I also use Wrike as a mini-CRM to keep track of about a thousand prospects a year manually, though it’s not designed for that.

I couldn’t get too far with Zapier, which should give you an  idea of my technical abilities. 🙂

Hello. There are some things I’d like to automate using Zapier. What I’d like is to have PhoneBurner push contact details to Salesforce so that Salesforce can automatically create a Lead entry using the contact details from PhoneBurner. Both apps are on Zapier.

In my mind, this is how it would work. PhoneBurner is a powerdialing system that allows callers to use disposition buttons to send the contacts being called into certain folders within the PhoneBurner dashboard. One of those folders is “Interested.” So the idea is when my caller speaks to someone that is interested, the caller can click the “Interested” button on PhoneBurner that will send the contact and their contact details to the “Interested” folder (which it already does), but also to Salesforce as well, so that Salesforce can create a Lead entry using those contact details. So there should be some kind of a webhook or trigger in place for when that “Interested” disposition button is clicked so the two apps can work with each other.

The other thing I wanted is to have the audio recording from the call with that interested contact on PhoneBurner to be downloaded/uploaded to some folder on the internet, sent to Sonix.ai (which is also on Zapier), and have that audio file transcribed by Sonix.ai. The audio recording of the call is attached to the contact entry within PhoneBurner. I want to automate this downloading/uploading function of the audio file without manually going to the audio recording and clicking the downloading button. There has to be some way we can access this call recording after it’s made available in the contact entry.

Please tell me if all of this makes sense and if you think it can be done. Thank you.
