To improve the experience for our users, webhook triggers will be transitioning to a format that closely matches polling style triggers.
This means that over time, Workload will have a uniform look and feel while setting up the most critical step in your automation, the trigger step. Users will now be able to choose from 5 historical matching events that resemble what your trigger would look like at runtime. Eventually, users will not have to leave the Workload app to simulate triggering events such as Calendly calendar bookings, etc.
This update will not have an impact on existing workflows that use the old methods of triggering workflows.
